When you sign in with your Google Workspace account, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your name and profile photo
• Your Google Workspace domain (organization)

Document Data

We store the documents you create, including:

• Template content and field definitions
• Filled document field values
• Generated PDF documents
• Electronic signatures (drawn or uploaded)

Signing Data

When you sign a document electronically, we record:

• Your electronic signature image
• The date and time of signing
• Your IP address at the time of signing
• Your consent to the ESIGN Act and UETA

Google API Data

With your consent, we may access:

• Google Drive (to store document copies)
• Google Docs (to export documents)
• Google Contacts (read-only, to suggest signers from your organization)

How We Use Your Information

• To provide the document generation and signing service
• To authenticate your identity via Google Workspace
• To associate you with your organization
• To send transactional emails (signing requests, document completion notifications)
• To maintain signing records for legal compliance

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. Documents and signatures are stored using Amazon S3 with server-side encryption. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

• With other members of your organization (documents, templates)
• With signing counterparties (the document and your signature when you sign)
• With service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, email delivery)
• When required by law or legal process

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Executed documents and signing records are retained indefinitely as legal records. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Your Rights

You may:

• Access your personal data through your account settings
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account
• Revoke Google API permissions at any time through your Google Account settings
