By accessing or using RightDocuments ("the Service"), operated by Aluminum.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

RightDocuments is a web-based platform for generating professional documents from templates, collecting electronic signatures, and managing corporate document workflows. The Service requires a Google Workspace account for authentication.

Users are grouped into organizations based on their Google Workspace domain. Organization administrators may invite users from other domains. You acknowledge that other members of your organization may have access to shared templates and documents.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Aluminum.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
