1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RightDocuments ("the Service"), operated by Aluminum.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RightDocuments is a web-based platform for generating professional documents from templates, collecting electronic signatures, and managing corporate document workflows. The Service requires a Google Workspace account for authentication.

3. Account Requirements

• You must have a valid Google Workspace account (personal Gmail accounts are not supported)
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Electronic Signatures

By using the electronic signature features of the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Electronic signatures created through the Service are legally binding under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA)
• Your electronic signature carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature
• We maintain records of signing events including timestamps, IP addresses, and consent records

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including templates, documents, and signatures. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Forge signatures or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Upload malicious content

7. Organization Accounts

Users are grouped into organizations based on their Google Workspace domain. Organization administrators may invite users from other domains. You acknowledge that other members of your organization may have access to shared templates and documents.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Aluminum.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
